Selectra DA HPLC
The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.
Our Selectra DA phase is a unique polyaromatic phase.
 • High degree of retention and selectivity for aromatic and moderately polar analytes that are difficult to resolve on standard C18 phases
 • USP designation: L11

Selectra PFPP HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.

The Selectra PFPP phase is a pentafluorophenylpropyl phase.

• Can be used for Reversed Phase, Normal Phase, or HILIC separations
• Exhibits multiple selectivity mechanisms including hydrogen bonding, dipole dipole, pi-pi overlap, hydrophilic (HILIC), and hydrophobic interactions
• USP designation: L43

Selectra C18 HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.

The Selectra C18 phase is a traditional C18 bonded phase. It features high density bonding and is fully endcapped.

 • Optimal retention for traditional reverse phase analyses
 • Highest hydrophobic interactions in the Selectra line
 • USP designation: L1

Selectra Aqueous C18 HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.

The Selectra Aqueous C18 phase offers traditional non-polar interactions in addition to enhanced selectivity and retention for polar analytes

 • Suitable in up to 100% aqueous mobiles phases
 • USP designation: L1

Selectra C8 HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.

The Selectra C8 phase is a traditional hydrophobic bonded phase. It features high density bonding and is fully endcapped.

 • Selectivity is similar to C18 for non-polar compounds
 • Less retentive, less hydrophobic than standard C18 column
 • USP designation: L7

Selectra EtG HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.

The Selectra EtG phase is designed for maximum retention for polar EtG/EtS alcohol metabolites.

 • Baseline resolution differentiating EtG and EtS
 • Suitable in 100% aqueous mobile phases
 • USP designation: L1
